Warri North Chairman Ashima inspect riverine projects

On Sunday, November 3, 2024, the Executive Chairman of Warri North Local Government Area, Hon. Festus Ashima, conducted an inspection tour of ongoing projects in the riverine community of Oboghoro.

Among the developments he reviewed was the construction of six 2-bedroom bungalows, which are progressing at various stages. Some structures are at the foundation level, others at DPC level, and a few are already at the roofing stage.

This housing initiative is part of Hon. Ashima’s drive to improve living standards for residents of Warri North. His plans to extend this project to other communities across the local government further underscore his commitment to sustainable community development.

Accompanying him on the tour were Mr. Lucky Ukuenukun, the Supervisor for Works, and Engr. Chukwumah Afuase, the Head of Department (HOD) for Works. Their involvement reflects the collaborative effort in ensuring the successful completion of these projects.

Hon. Ashima is known for his leadership style of quietly delivering impactful results, without seeking the spotlight. His actions speak volumes, as demonstrated by this project and his broader infrastructural development plans for the area.

Under his leadership, Warri North is set for steady growth and development.
