Apostle Bebenimibo urges FG, Delta govt to correct marginalization in Gbaramatu Kingdom

The founder, Word of Salvation Bible Life Ministries, Effurun, Apostle Sylvester Newman Bebenimibo has called on the Federal and Delta State governments to correct the marginalization meted on the oil and gas producing people of Gbaramatu Kingdom, Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State.

The founder disclosed this at the 5th Edition of Gbaramatu Prayer day being organized by Gbaramatu Interdenominational Christian Fellowship (GICF) at Oparaza Community, headquarter of the kingdom, with the Theme: Breaking New Ground.

Bebenimibo stated that with technology breakthrough in the manufacturing of electricity powered vehicles, if the  errors of marginalization of connecting the kingdom to the hinterland by roads, provision of hospitals, social amenities, pipe borne water, human capital development employment in oil and gas sectors is not corrected, their value as a people with time would no longer be felt in Nigeria.

“As God’s people we will pray to bring the power of the Almighty God to change things in this land, and We need to strategically placed our people in politics, Governance, Civil service, in Academia, Medicine, engineering, law and judiciary, oil and gas industries, in Media and in Armed Forces for us as a kingdom to break new grounds beyond our present scope”, the cleric said.

Some of the attendees of the Prayer Day are; Bishop Dr. Godwyns Soroaye JP, Covenant Ark of Safety INC, Heroes City Warri; Bishop Dr. Felix E. Piniki, Fire Faith Praise Mission Int’l Effurun; Rev. Dr. Diawei Francis, Grace and Favour Ministry Oparaza; Apostle Sylvester N. Bebenimibo, Word of Salvation Bible Life Ministries Effurun and many others.

The Chairman of the GICF Gbaramatu Prayer Day, Pastor Sam Ukuli thanked God for it’s success and the large turnout of people from all the communities that made up the Gbaramatu kingdom.

Also speaking, Chief Nelson Ogelegbanwei (JP) the ‘Tonwei of Gbaramatu Kingdom’ who Represented HRM, Oboro Gbaraun II (JP) ‘Aketekpe Agadagba ‘ Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom commended the organizers of the Gbaramatu prayer Day saying the kingdom seeks the blessings of God to move on.
