Efe releases New EP “Une Bounce” featuring emerging Urhobo rapper Otacha, King Enakpodia and legendary gospel musician Solo Kings

Efe Money is introducing a new sound to the music industry with the release of his new EP “UNE BOUNCE” featuring legendary Solo Kings, King Enakpodia, Otacha on Friday February 9th, 2024.

The release of the new EP follows the success of his lastest single, Money Talk (Otá Igho) featuring Urhobo music maestro King Enakpodia.

The EP which dropped on Friday, is the first body of work Efe Money will be releasing in 2024.

Une Bounce has five (5) tracks including the already released hit single Money Talk (Otá Igho) featuring Urhobo music maestro, King Enakpodia.

In a statement by his management Matrix Music, the EP is a fusion of Urhobo traditional music, Hiphop and Afrobeats.

The underlying factor is that all the songs are inspired by the local instrumentations and sounds of traditional Urhobo music and language”, the statement said.

Efe Money calls this fusion “Une Bounce” and is honoured to be the pioneer of this new sound.

Also featured in the EP is legendary Urhobo gospel musician Solo Kings, and emerging Urhobo rapper, Otacha.

The tracklist of the new EP include; ⁠ Money Talk ft. King Enakpodia, Aye Mé, Spending, Dié rikpokpuę ft. Otacha and Wę kobiruo ft. Solo Kings.

Giving reasons for the fusion of Urhobo in his recent hits, Efe Money in the statement said, “Urhobo music is too rich and beautiful to just be heard locally. It needs to be heard and appreciated all around the world like other major languages in Nigeria. This is my own little way of promoting my culture.”

This is a major project. I thank my fans and supporters for their unwavering support for my brand of music. We are breaking more grounds with the tracks on this EP. The world we hear us loud and clear with this project.”

Une Bounce” is available on all music distribution platforms and exciting music videos and contents would accompany its post release.
