Oborevwori receives new ExCo of IPAC, gets vote of confidence

Delta State Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC) recently endorsed Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s leadership, signaling strong inter-party support for the governor’s M.O.R.E agenda aimed at transforming the state into a major investment and construction hub.

This endorsement came during a courtesy visit to the Government House in Asaba, where IPAC leaders commended the governor’s achievements in infrastructure and human development.

Under the leadership of Prince Henry Eze, IPAC expressed satisfaction with Governor Oborevwori’s implementation of policies that have significantly impacted the state’s development positively.

Prince Eze highlighted the efforts made by Governor Oborevwori in promoting excellent inter-party relations, which has been crucial in achieving a cohesive political landscape in Delta State.

The commendation from IPAC also comes with a call to action for the governor to expedite the process leading to the upcoming Local Government elections, emphasizing the need for a level playing field for all political parties.

Governor Oborevwori reassured IPAC and the citizens of Delta State that the elections would be conducted promptly, ensuring fairness and transparency.

The Delta State Independent Electoral Commission (DSIEC) is expected to release guidelines soon, setting the stage for what many hope will be a fair and competitive electoral process.
