The Senior Special Assistant on Media to the Delta State Governor Mr Ossai Ovie Success has said that the Delta State Governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori has transformed over 100,000 young entrepreneurs in Delta State.
According to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has made good on his promise to reduce unemployment in the state.
He noted that through the Delta Cares Programmes (D-Cares), over 100,000 young entrepreneurs have been empowered to become job creators.
During the election campaign, Governor Oborevwori pledged to address the high rate of unemployment in Delta State.
Today, that promise has become a reality. The Delta-Cares Initiative has had a profound impact on the lives of Deltans, from rural villages to bustling cities.
