A prominent public opinion leader, Chief Akpojotor Adjarho, has praised Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, for the construction of the new Ovwian Harbour Market in Udu Local Government Area.
Chief Adjarho gave the commendation while speaking at the sidelines of the ceremony for the presentation of the staff of office to the Ovie of Udu Kingdom, HRM Okporua I, held in Otor-Udu.
The community leader, who is also a member of the Urhobo People’s Integrity Organization (UPIO), applauded the contractor for delivering a top-quality project, describing the market as a major addition to the area’s infrastructure.
According to the APC chieftain, the Ovwian Harbour Market stands out as one of the finest in Delta State and is expected to significantly enhance economic activities in Udu and beyond.
Chief Adjarho urged residents of Udu Local Government Area to appreciate the governor’s developmental efforts by turning out in large numbers to support Governor Oborevwori and all APC candidates in the 2027 general elections.
