The Executive Director of Finance and Administration at the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Chief Oghenekome Okpobor, has hailed the election of Chief Solomon Arenyeka as the new State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State.
