Delta @ 34: Anyafulu Salutes Delta Government Leadership

As Delta State celebrates its 34th anniversary, Hon. Bridget Anyafulu, who represents Oshimili South Constituency in the State House of Assembly, congratulated both the government and the people.

She described the state’s journey so far as a reflection of visionary leadership, unwavering resilience, and divine grace.

In her goodwill message, Anyafulu said the anniversary is not just a time to celebrate, but also an opportunity to reflect on how far the state has come and the challenges that still lie ahead. She added that Deltans have every reason to thank God for His continued mercy and blessings, which have sustained the state since its creation in 1991.

The lawmaker offered prayers for lasting peace and stability in the state, encouraging all citizens to stay united and back the government’s efforts to provide effective leadership. She expressed confidence that, under the current administration, Delta would keep moving forward in unity and prosperity.

“It has been a remarkable story of success, visionary leadership, and resilience, and we have every cause to be grateful to God Almighty for His mercies, grace and blessings upon our state.

“As we celebrate this important milestone, I pray that Almighty God will continue to protect Delta State and to guide the state along the path of good governance, unity, peace, stability, and prosperity,” Anyafulu added.

She reiterated her dedication to collaborating with fellow lawmakers in the Delta State House of Assembly to enact laws and policies that will promote development, peace, and inclusiveness across the state.
