Delta APC congratulates new Amnesty Programme administrator, Otuaro

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Delta State chapter has congratulated the newly appointed administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, on his appointment, describing it as “well deserved.”

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu recently approved the appointment of Otuaro as the administrator of PAP.

The party’s congratulatory message was contained in a statement signed by the state Publicity Secretary, Valentine Onojeghuo.

The statement read in part, “Your appointment is most timely and gracious, it would provide the desired impetus and momentum for the programme and, as well galvanise youths of Niger Delta to greater heights and aspirations.”

The statement averred that youths of the region are expectant of better service delivery and they know the new PAP administrator will not let them down.

The statement added, “Your choice for the office is premised on your strong scholarly background and experience, which you had deployed in similar positions, where you distinguished yourself as efficient, capable and hardworking.“The state chapter of the APC is, in this regard, very happy and most grateful to Mr. President for picking you for the exalted office.

“We cannot express our gratitude enough to the President, but we can assure him that you will deliver to his maximum satisfaction and that you would bring your abundant energy, knowledge, expertise and experience to bear on the assignment.

“Youths of the region are expectant of better service delivery and we know you won’t let them down. So far, the amnesty programme has been a huge success. You will build capacity and do quite a lot to bring youths’ restiveness in Niger Delta to the barest minimum, through skills acquisition programmes and education.

“We are confident that your time in office shall bring new innovations that would further accelerate the amnesty programme to greater heights of empowerment for the needy and indigenes of the region.”
