Delta State Police Arraign Trio for Stealing N68,500 Techno Spark 7 

The Delta State Police Command has arraigned Anyafulu Ikechukwu and two other males for allegedly stealing a Techno Spark 7 smartphone.

The suspects are facing a two-count charge at the Asaba Magistrate Court under charge sheet number CMA/57C/2023 in the Asaba magisterial district.

Count one alleges: “That you, Anyafulu Ikechukwu, and two others, now at large, on February 11, 2023, in the Asaba magisterial district, conspired to commit a felony to steal, thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 516 of the Criminal Code, Cap C21, Volume 1, Laws of Delta State, Nigeria.”

Count two states: “That you, Anyafulu Ikechukwu, and others, on the same date, time, and place, stole one Techno Spark 7 smartphone valued at N68,500, belonging to Mr. Jonathan Nwebasi, thereby committing an offence punishable under Section 390(9) of the Criminal Code, Cap C21, Volume 1, Laws of Delta State, Nigeria 2006.”

As of the time of reporting, the three defendants were still facing the charges in court.
