Delta’s 2025 Budget prioritizes modernizing technical education – Smart Ufoh

Smart Ufoh, the Delta State Commissioner for Technical Education, outlined key aspects of the ministry’s 2025 budget following his defence before the Interministerial Budget Committee.

The session, organized by the Ministry of Economic Planning, took place in Asaba, the state capital.

In his remarks to the press, Ufoh described the process as both challenging and fulfilling.

He highlighted the ministry’s achievements and shared its future goals, emphasizing that the primary focus for 2025 is on transforming and modernizing technical education across the state.

Ufoh also announced plans to establish model technical colleges in all 25 local government areas while upgrading existing ones. Additionally, the fourth model technical college is set to be commissioned in Omadino.
