DESOPADEC Chairman, Board, and Staff Celebrate MD/CEO Chief Festus Ochonogor on His Birthday

The Chairman of the Governing Board of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, DESOPADEC, Olorogun John Nani, on behalf of the entire board, management, and staff of the Commission, has extended warm felicitations to the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of DESOPADEC, Chief Festus Ochonogor, on the occasion of his birthday anniversary.

In a goodwill message released by the Commission, Olorogun Nani described Chief Ochonogor as a visionary leader, a man of uncommon wisdom, and a technocrat whose dedication to duty has continued to reposition DESOPADEC for excellence and measurable impact across mandate area.

According to the release, “Chief Ochonogor’s leadership has brought renewed energy and purpose to the Commission’s operations, with strategic reforms, improved service delivery, and results-driven management practices that have enhanced transparency and development across oil-producing areas in Delta State,”

The Board Chairman noted that the Managing Director’s commitment to the ideals of the M.O.R.E. Agenda has contributed immensely to the Commission’s ability to deliver on its core mandate, while also fostering unity, professionalism, and a culture of performance within the institution.

The Board, management, and staff prayed for continued good health, divine guidance, and greater accomplishments for Chief Festus Ochonogor in the years ahead, even as they joined his family, friends, and well-wishers in celebrating a life of purpose and impact.
