DSUST VC cautions students against planned protest

The Vice Chancellor of Delta State University of Science and Technology (DSUST) Ozoro, Prof. Jacob Oboreh has cautioned students against any planned protest across the country.

Prof. Oboreh gave the warning, on Friday during an interactive session with the students at the university’s 1,200-capacity auditorium in Ozoro, Isoko North Local Government Area of the state.

The Vice-Chancellor who expressed the institution’s commitment to be accountable to every bonafide student, cautioned them to stay away from any violence-related occurrence.

“Any misfortune that befalls students, who are my “children” would be highly felt by authority of the university and as such,  should stay away from any violence-related occurrence” the VC noted.

Oboreh however charged them with dedication and focus on their studies, which are key to their career goals at the university.
