Effective Representation: Senator Joel-Onowakpo appoints 23 Advisers across Delta South

In a move to fulfill his campaign promises and ensure diverse representation, Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, representing Delta South Senatorial District, has appointed 23 advisers to oversee various portfolios, fulfilling his electoral promises to represent the diverse interests of his constituents and bring governance closer to the people.

In a statement released in Warri, Delta State, Senator Joel-Onowakpo announced the appointments, which took effect immediately.

The advisers will work in areas such as political matters, defense, special duties, sustainable development goals, Niger Delta development, and more.

The appointees include Prophet Jones Ode Erue, Rear Admiral John Onoriode Kpokpogri (Rtd), Dr. Andrew Egunoma, and Chief Dillion Oyuwe, among others.

Senator Joel-Onowakpo congratulated the appointees and urged the public to support them in their roles.

The appointments aim to make his office more efficient, service-oriented, and accessible to his constituents, aligning with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Additional appointments may be made as needed, according to the Senator.
