The immediate past Deputy Governor of Delta State, H.E. Kingsley Burutu Otuaro, Esq., has extended congratulations to Professor Epiphany Azinge, SAN, OON, on his recent ascension as the 14th Asagba of Asaba.
In a statement on Monday, Otuaro praised the newly crowned monarch for his distinguished career in law, emphasising his contributions as a legal scholar and practitioner.
Otuaro expressed deep respect for Azinge’s journey to the throne, highlighting his steadfast dedication, wisdom, and exemplary leadership. He noted that these qualities, which have defined Azinge’s illustrious career, will serve him well as he leads the Asaba Kingdom.
As the new royal father, Otuaro expressed confidence in Azinge’s ability to inspire and uplift the people of Asaba. He wished the Asagba a long, peaceful, and prosperous reign, marking this new chapter with progress and unity for the kingdom.

“Your Royal Majesty, your service as a legal scholar and practitioner and as a former Director-General and Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS) has not only advanced the legal profession but also positively impacted the lives of many.
