Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of the state, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa on his 66th birth anniversary.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, the speaker described Dr Okowa as an exceptional leader whose eight years tenure as Governor of Delta State witnessed lots of transformation and growth in the state.
He said, “on this day, 8th July 2025, I on behalf of my family, constituents, associates and the Delta State House of Assembly, celebrate a visionary leader, and an outstanding statesman, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyichukwu Arthur Okowa, immediate past Governor of Delta State, as he turns 66 years.
“I join millions of other well wishers to celebrate his life, achievements, and contributions to nation’s development.
“May this milestone birthday be a celebration of greater remarkable life and a harbinger of many more years of good health, joy, and fulfillment.
“ I pray that God keeps him strong and healthy to contribute more to the service of Delta State and the country”.
“Congratulations and again happy birthday celebrations, Your Excellency”, Guwor stated.
