Management company EdgeRhythm releases press statement on the death of artiste Princess Vanexxa

Entertainment and Talent Management company, EdgeRhythm on Thursday released a press statement on the death of Delta-based music act and social media influencer, Oyadan Ehinome popularly known as Princess Vanexxa.

According to the statement shared on their Instagram handle @edgerhythm, Princess Vanexxa sadly passed away on Friday January 5th at the age of 26.

Although the cause of death was not mentioned, indications from several quarters suggested she allegedly died by suicide stemming from depression.

Before her death, Princess Vanexxa who also goes by “the alien” had been very vocal about her mental health challenges on social media especially on TikTok where she became influential posting funny videos and sharing her emotional life experiences on depression.

In one of such videos, she shared a series of unfortunate events that had happened in her life from heart break, mental abuse, sexual assault, rape, homelessness and failures in setting up her companies.

Some of her notable songs include F**k Being Perfect, Dey Alright, Another Man Road ft. Erigga.

May her soul rest in peace.
