NDDC assures to develop potentials of Niger Delta youths.

The Management of the Niger Delta development Commission, NDDC says it will continue to support the ideals of her Founding Fathers by ensuring sustainable development of the region.

Speaking during the Just concluded All secondary school old School tournament held at the Sharks stadium in pH, the Managing Director of the NDDC Chief Dr. Samuel Ogbuku commended the participating schools for their show of Sportsman and said there was no victor and no vanquish.

Represented by the Director of Sports, youths , Culture and women affairs, Bar. Olaniyi Salami,the NDDC Boss commended them for understanding the essence the commission sponsored the initiative, which he said is aimed at developing the potentials of the Nigerian Niger Delta youths.

The NDDC Boss thanked guests for their colourful turnout , the crowd support and emphatically maintained that this year’s edition of the competition new W.W .White old school tournament was indeed splendid, stressing that the main essence of the competition has been archived.

Highlights of this year’s one day football /sports fiesta includes, football games, Tug of War, relay races, four by one hundred meters relay race , sack races amongst which also the ladies participated.
