Oborevwori endorses waste-to-energy at IIICF in China

Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, on Wednesday, toured the 16th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum (IIICF) in Macao, China, where he endorsed waste-to-energy (WTE) innovations.

Joined by Commissioner Charles Aniagwu and Technical Assistant Engr. Bob Nakpodia, the Governor visited exhibition booths featuring cutting-edge WTE plants and renewable energy systems.

He praised the technologies for their dual impact on waste reduction and clean power generation, reaffirming Delta State’s commitment to sustainable development and global best practices.

Oborevwori emphasized his administration’s openness to partnerships that drive WTE adoption, inspired by Macao’s leadership in the sector.
