Oborevwori Felicitates Orodje of Okpe on 19th Coronation Anniversary

Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has felicitated His Royal Majesty, Major General Felix Mujakperuo (Rtd), Orhue I, CFR, mni, the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom, on the occasion of his 19th coronation anniversary.

In a goodwill message signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori, on behalf of the Delta State Government, praised the Orodje for his forthrightness, exemplary leadership, uncommon wisdom, fatherly disposition, and statesmanship.

He described the monarch’s reign as eventful and impactful, not just for the people of Okpe Kingdom but for Deltans in general.

The Governor prayed for God’s continued guidance and good health for the revered royal father, wishing him many more years on the ancient throne of Okpe.

“Congratulations. Umogu! Umogu!! Umogu!!! Wu ne su to!” the Governor wrote in his closing tribute, celebrating the traditional ruler’s legacy and influence.

The Orodje of Okpe, who also serves as the Chairman of the Delta State Council of Traditional Rulers, ascended the throne in 2006 and has since become a symbol of unity, peace, and development in the state.
