Olori Atuwatse Calls for More Women Participation in Nation Building

Queen of Warri Kingdom, Olori Atuwatse the third has called on women to continue to play active roles in engendering a better society.

Olori Atuwase the third made the call at a special thanksgiving service ceremony by the Olori and Iwere Women Prayer Network held at the Palace of the Olu of Warri.

The Queen of Warri Kingdom Olori Atuwatse the third represented by the Coordinator of the Olori and Iwere Women Prayer Network Archbishop Juliet Tonwe-Olley stated that women’s contributions to nation building are enormous hence the need for them to close ranks in prayers for the good of their children and the society.

She noted that prayers attract positive things, hence the essence of the thanksgiving service aimed at attracting more blessings from God for the lives of participants at the program, Warri kingdom, Delta State and NIgeria at large.

Emphasizing the spiritual benefits of the thanksgiving service Olori Atuwatse the third called for Peace and unity amongst all Deltans.

Prayers were offered for the Olu of Warri Ogiame Atuwatse the third and his family.
Different Clerics including Archbishop Helen Emiko, Archbishop Justina Ebireri and Bishop Felicia Ileleji led special prayer sessions for the growth of the work of God as well as the upliftment of destinies.

The thanksgiving service climaxed with the anointing of the sick while Choristers from Olori and Iwere Women Prayer Network as well as a gospel artiste S-Gold ministered in melodious songs.
