Pioneer Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Delta Central Senatorial District, Olorogun Adelabu Bodjor, has urged other pressure groups in the party in Ughelli South Local Government Area to collapse their structures into the Ughelli South Political Colonels.
Olorogun Bodjor made the statement on Sunday during a visit of the Executive and members of the Ughelli South Political Colonels, USPC, at his residence in Ekakpamre community.
Receiving the Executive and members of the USPC, Olorogun Odjor expressed happiness for the formation of the pressure group, saying it will strengthen the Party’s dominance and propel it to victory in 2027.
He noted that the recent political alignment of APC and former PDP members in the State has cemented APC dominance in the state particularly in Ughelli South Council area.
Olorogun Bodjor commended the USPC for the initiative to mobilise and galvanise massive support across the council area for President Bola Tinubu and Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, advising its leadership to enlarge its scope to cover other political office holders of the APC.
He said that the leaders and members of USPC have intimidating profiles in grassroots mobilisation, calling on other pressure groups of the party in Ughelli South Local Government Area to fuse their structures into the USPC.
Olorogun Bodjor further advised the Executive of the pressure group to avoid politics of bitterness and woo other persons in the locality to the APC.

Chairman of the Ughelli South Political Colonels, Olorogun John Ewenede, told the APC chieftain that the visit was to seek his support and prayers towards mobilising people of the Council area for the re-election of President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori in 2027.
Olorogun Ewenede noted that the USPC always engages the persuasion to convince people to support their goals. He called for unity amongst the leaders of the party in Ughelli South Local Government Area towards deepening its dominance.
The Spokesperson of the Ughelli South Political Colonels, Dr Matthew Kwode, acknowledged the political capacity of Olorogun Bodjor assuring him of their determination with him and other leaders towards the re-election of President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori in 2027.
