Olu of Warri congratulates Bayo Ojulari on appointment as NNPCL GCEO


The Olu of Warri, His Majesty Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Mr. Bayo Ojulari on his recent appointment as the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).
