Over Eighty Women and Youths in Burutu LGA of Delta State Get Cash Empowerment

A Former commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba has empowered over eighty women, elderly and youths of Okrika community in Burutu Local Government Area.

‎Prince Amgbaduba while presenting the cash gifts to the women, Youths and elders at the community square disclosed that the gesture was aimed at ensuring that the beneficiaries benefit from the More Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

‎He said the indigenes drawn from the four quarters of the community through this empowerment will be able to navigate the effect of the current economic situation as well as boost their businesses.

‎Prince Amgbaduba who noted that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori has been a blessing to his life said it was only necessary for him to allow the blessing trickle down to the people of Okrika community whom he said has always supported the More Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

‎The former Oil and Gas commissioner advised the beneficiaries to shun frivolous spending and use the cash gifts to improve their living conditions and assured indigenes of the community that more persons will be enlisted in the next phase of the Empowerment program.

‎He maintained that Governor Sheriff Oborevwori through the More Agenda has transformed the state through massive infrastructure and has initiated policies that have direct impact on Deltans.

‎He called on the people of Okrika community to sustain their support for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and president Bola Tinubu in order to reap more democratic gains.

‎The President of Okrika community, Mr Azebri konboye and some prominent leaders of the community all praised Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba for being a genuine ambassador of the More Agenda saying the cash gifts will no doubt improve the living condition of the beneficiaries.

‎Some of the beneficiaries who could not hide their Joy thanked Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba for affecting their lives positively and for putting smiles on their faces.
