The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) U3 Media Ambassadors have officially been inaugurated at the PDP Secretariat in Otor-Udu, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State. The event brought together party loyalists, media teams, and key stakeholders.
During the ceremony, PDP chieftain Chief James Shaguolo encouraged the newly inaugurated Media Ambassadors to focus on constructive criticism that can lead to meaningful improvements in people’s lives.
Acting PDP Chairman in Udu, Comrade Kenairu Johnbull, welcomed attendees and praised Hon. Olotu Akpodiete, the convener of the initiative, for his efforts in bringing the group to life.
In his address, Hon. Olotu Akpodiete—a former House of Representatives aspirant challenged the Media Ambassadors to act as the voice of the people. He urged them to steer clear of fake news, promote the image and programs of the PDP, and hold the government accountable in ways that encourage the adoption of policies that benefit the public.
Chairman of the U3 Media Ambassadors, Amb. Comrade Kphoraror Emmanuel, thanked Hon. Dr. Olotu Akpodiete for the vision and empowerment behind the initiative. He pledged that his team would work to advance the interests of both the party and the people across the federal constituency.
Other members of the executive team include Mr. John Adafan (Vice Chairman), Comrade Temple Eteyeta (Secretary), Chief Friday Hitler (Ughelli South Coordinator), Chief Ufuoma Osume (Ughelli North Coordinator), Hon. Matthew Salami (Udu Coordinator), Mrs. Eunice Alu Jawhono (Publicity Secretary), Coach Tuedor Charles (Director of Communication), Ms. Whitney Oyubu (Content Manager), and Ms. Ese Oghenemuroko (Media Relations Officer).
The inauguration was well-attended by prominent PDP figures, including the acting PDP Chairmen of Ughelli North and South, Hon. Daniel Emaye and Olorogun Godwin Akpokemerha, alongside Evang. John Awhin, Chief Dennis Obodje, Mr. Fidelis Ofuogo, and Mrs. Ufuoma Omoru.
