Philanthropist Donates Educational Materials Worth Millions to Schools in Isoko South LGA

In a bid to improve access to education, the Director General of Tino Support Group, Comrade Ejeh Vincent Oghenero has presented note books and other writing materials worth millions of naira to five public secondary and primary schools in Olomoro kingdom in Isoko South Local Government Area.

Presenting the note books and other learning materials to the students and pupils of Udueni Grammar school, Ohwolemu primary school, Olomoro Primary school, Akokpotu primary school and Olomoro Comprehensive high School all in Olomoro kingdom, the Director General of Tino Support Group, Comrade Ejeh Vincent Oghenero disclosed that the back to school initiative is a pet project of his mother Mrs Stella Ejeh who is a teacher which he decided to key into.

Comrade Ejeh who was represented by Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Dessopadec matters, Comrade Oghenero Edafe told the students and pupils that the gesture was to reduce the financial burden on their parents following the harsh economic situation across the country.

He maintained that the donation is also to compliment Government efforts at providing quality education to students in the state and called on all to rally round Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and president Bola Tinubu in their quest to spread democratic gains to all parts of the state.

Comrade Ejeh advised the students and pupils to be serious with their studies, avoid bad company and also desist from very anti social vices that are inimical to their academic pursuit.

Also the initiator of the back to school program and mother of the DG of Tino Support Group, Mrs Stella Ejeh disclosed that on resumption at Ohwolemu primary school Olomoro she noticed that pupils of the community schools don’t go to school after resumption hence she decided to initiate the back to school program on the first day of resumption to attract them to school as well as assist parents to cushion the financial stress they face at the beginning of school resumption.

Mrs Ejeh advised students and pupils to be studious and avoid negative tendencies that will jeopardize their future.

Principals, head teachers and students of the schools visited commended the director general of Tino Support Group for donating the learning materials to them saying it will in no doubt aid smooth learning and reduce financial stress on their parents.

They however called on well meaning individuals to emulate the gesture by Tino Support Group by complimenting the state government efforts in the Up grade of public schools in Isoko nation.
