Reception in honour of Governor Oborevwori’s 60th birthday held in Asaba
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, on Monday as reported by YourCitiNews, celebrated with a two-fold thanksgiving service at Living Faith Church also known as Winners’ Chapel, Ibusa Road, Asaba, to thank Almighty God for a successful inauguration as Governor of Delta State and attaining 60 years of age.
A reception was organized in honour of Governor Oborevwori’s 60th birthday at the Event Centre, after the twin thanksgiving ceremonies at Living Faith Church.
A cross-section of Deltans, residents, and invited guests were in attendance.
Mr. Oborevwori seized the opportunity to thank all those who came to rejoice with him and Deltans, for their solidarity.
The Governor went further to show his appreciation on Tuesday, June 20, with a message he shared on his official Twitter page saying, “From the depth of my heart and on behalf of my family, this to say a big thank you to Deltans and everyone who came to celebrate with me on my 60th birthday and successful inauguration as Governor of Delta State.
“I am grateful and thankful for your love. I may not have been able to reply to all individual text messages, but please accept my gratitude for your overwhelming kind messages. God bless you all.”
