Senator Ned Nwoko congratulates Victor Ochei on his birthday

Senator Ned Nwoko has extended heartfelt birthday wishes to Victor Ochei, describing him as a brother and a partner in the progress of Delta State.

Senator Nwoko in his message, recalled Ochei’s impactful years in the Delta State House of Assembly, where he served as a lawmaker and later as Speaker. “Victor Ochei was not just another politician in the House; he was a force. His tenure as Speaker was marked by progressive legislation and infrastructural projects that directly improved the lives of Deltans.”

Ochei, who represented Aniocha North from 2003 to 2015, was instrumental in pushing for educational reforms, infrastructural development, and youth empowerment programs. His leadership in the Assembly, particularly during his time as Speaker, earned him widespread respect.

Beyond politics, Ochei has remained committed to philanthropy, supporting initiatives such as the Nigerian Wheelchair Basketball Federation and other grassroots sports development programs.

Senator Nwoko emphasized that Ochei’s influence extends beyond Delta politics. “He has been a key player in shaping the political landscape of Delta state, and his passion for service has never wavered,” he added.

As Ochei marks another year, Nwoko wished him continued success and greater achievements, saying, “Victor is a brother and a partner in the progress of Delta. May this new year bring him more wisdom, strength, and fulfillment.”
