Senator Ned Nwoko, has congratulated the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
In a heartfelt message Nwoko described the milestone as a joyful moment in the life of a man whose contributions to the progress and development of Delta State remain indelible.
