One of Nigeria’s frontline private security firms protecting critical oil and gas infrastructure, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited has rolled out a nationwide festive season awareness campaign dubbed “Tantita Safe Christmas”.
The campaign which started in December 2 to December 31, 2025, is aimed at strengthening public confidence, promoting security vigilance during the yuletide, and showcasing Tantita’s unrelenting efforts in safeguarding Nigeria’s strategic assets, pipelines, waterways and economic lifeline in the Niger Delta and beyond.
Speaking on the campaign, Managing Director of the company High Chief (Engr.) Keston Pondi, said Tantita has in recent years become a national symbol of courage and patriotism in the battle against oil theft, pipeline vandalism and maritime crimes.
“As Nigerians celebrate Christmas and the New Year, we want every citizen to enjoy the season in peace and safety. This campaign reminds everyone that security is a shared responsibility while highlighting the sacrifices our personnel make daily to keep the nation’s oil flowing and communities protected.”
He explained that the “Tantita Safe Christmas” initiative, executed in partnership with communications strategist Megafun Plus Limited, will feature:
Nationwide digital and traditional media safety messages, Festive goodwill videos and short documentaries on Tantita’s operations.
High Chief (Engr) Pondi noted that Community-focused security tips are essential for the holiday period and there would be massive social media message amplification across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn,
Strategic placements of security tips on major Nigerian online platforms and blogs.
While reiterating the company’s commitment to operational excellence and national stability, he urging Nigerians to remain vigilant and report suspicious activities throughout the festive season.
