Top industry players converge as Vanguard’s Local Content Conference, exhibition holds in Delta

Top players in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance (EPCOM) sub-sector of the oil and gas industry are expected as Vanguard’s Local Content Conference and Exhibition holds in Warri, Delta State on March 19–20, 2025.

Engr. Felix Omatsola Egbe, Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development Development and Management Board, NCDMB, the industry regulator, and Lee Engineering Group, a top EPCOM player, as well as other operators in the sub-sector are expected at the event.

Vanguard is organising the event in association with the Delta State Government and Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, NCDMB, involved in regulating local content issues in Nigeria.


The event aims at highlighting the significance of local content in Nigeria’s economic development and provides a platform for stakeholders’ engagement and collaboration while presenting opportunity for dialogue on the challenges, opportunities and best practices in promoting local content across various industries.

The event, which has “Local Content, Global Impact: Energising Nigerian Expertise in the Oil and Gas Industry for National Growth” will take place at the Petroleum Training Institute, PTI Event Centre, in Effurun, with many stakeholders attending.


Specifically, potential attendees include government officials, regulator, local and international businesses, associations, Chambers of Commerce, academia and research institutions, consultants and contractors.
