Ugborodo community stages peaceful protest over ward delineation exercise by INEC

The Ugborodo community in Warri South West Local Government Area of Delta State, on Wednesday, April 9, embarked on a peaceful protest in opposition to the recent ward delineation exercise conducted by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

In a large turnout, hundreds of residents from the oil-rich community took to the streets to express their dissatisfaction with the proposed delineation.

The protesters described the exercise as unacceptable and called on INEC to immediately review and reconsider the proposal in the interest of fairness and equity.
