The movement, founded by Ken Pela, the 2023 Labour Party gubernatorial candidate and Lead Visionary, was born after months of grassroots consultations and a key consensus meeting held on June 11, 2025, in Abuja.

At the unveiling event on Thursday, in Asaba, renowned human rights advocate, Harrison Gwamnishu was announced as the Director and public face of the movement.

The movement has voiced strong concern over rising insecurity in Delta State, pledging to speak out and take action to protect the lives and rights of all Deltans.
