Olu of Warri to open Canaan Land golf tournament in Koko

The Olu of Warri, His Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse lll, will on February 10, 2024 open the Mini Golf Classic of the Cannaan Land Golf and Country Club at Koko in Delta State.

The three-day event will kick off with welcome party on the February 9, main event on the February 10 and coven party/departure of guest on February 11, 2024.

According to the Principal Coordinator/CEO of Ajimele Cooking Oil, Mr. Felix Aganbi, “the event is set to make Koko town the next golf club touring destination in Nigeria.

The monument, which is set to attract Nigerians from all parts of the country, is powered by Ajimele Oil, a product of Akogate Company based in Benin City, Edo State.

Speaking at the pre-event ceremony at Koko, weekend, Mr. Felix Aganbi said: “Cannaan Land is set to be the next golf playing pleasure land in Nigeria with state-of-the-art facilities.

He disclosed further that the main event will feature golf, badminton and table tennis with different mouth watering prizes.

The pre-event competition saw winners going home with cash prizes and the delicious packets and bottles of the ever rich Ajimele Oil.
