The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm felicitations to the Majority Leader of the House, Hon. Engr. Emeka Nwaobi, Ph.D., on his 50th birthday, celebrated today, January 17.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Nkem Nwaeke, the Speaker described Hon. Nwaobi as a dependable leader who has demonstrated unwavering commitment to leadership and good governance in Delta State.
