Dr Enita thanked Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for sustaining the programme and prioritising student welfare through policies that promote human capital development.

He noted that the bursary initiative reflects the governor’s M.O.R.E Agenda, which places strong focus on education and opportunities for young people in the state. The board also encouraged beneficiaries to remain committed to their studies and continue to represent Delta State positively in their institutions.

The bursary programme is one of the key education support initiatives of the Delta State Government designed to reduce financial pressure on students and help more indigenes complete their tertiary education.
