Delta State Celebrates De-Blessing Asaboro’s Representation at Miss Universe Nigeria 2025

Delta State has pledged its full support for De-Blessing Asaboro, Contestant 08 in the Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 pageant, as she steps onto the national stage embodying the State’s identity of elegance, resilience, and excellence.

A graduate of the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), De-Blessing is a qualified Petroleum Engineer who also excels as a model, actress, and basketball player. Her diverse accomplishments highlight the versatility and brilliance that define women of Delta State.
Beyond her professional and creative pursuits, De-Blessing is deeply committed to advocacy.

She is the founder of The Hericanes Pact, a girl-led movement dedicated to empowering young women in underserved communities. Through this initiative, she helps them rediscover their sense of identity, dignity, and purpose, equipping them to face life with confidence and strength.

Her story is one of remarkable resilience. From overcoming the pains of bullying and emotional trauma to becoming a strong voice for empowerment, De-Blessing represents the courage, strength, and grace of the Delta woman. She has turned personal struggles into a platform for positive influence, inspiring others to embrace their uniqueness and pursue purposeful living.

The Delta State Government, in its message of support, described her as “a shining example of the Delta spirit,” noting that her participation in Miss Universe Nigeria reflects the values and aspirations of a new generation.

“As she advances in this competition, the people of Delta State proudly stand with her, honoring her journey and celebrating her as a true ambassador of our pride, heritage, and values,” the statement read.
De-Blessing Asaboro’s presence at Miss Universe Nigeria 2025 goes beyond the runway—it is a celebration of Delta’s enduring spirit of excellence and empowerment.
