Gov. Oborevwori’s SSA, Okanoro empowers 1,000 with food, cash grants

Comrade Kenneth Okanoro, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Delta State on Youth Development and Chairman, Kenneth Okanoro Foundation, launched the “Sowing Seeds of Hope” initiative in Ward 9, Ndokwa East Local Government Area, during the opening of his house in Onogbokor Community, Ndokwa East.

This program aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Initiative and Rt. Hon (Elder) Sheriff Francis Oborevwori’s M.O.R.E Agenda.

During the event, Comrade Okanoro distributed food items and cash grants to 1,000 individuals from Ward 9 and neighbouring communities, showcasing his commitment to their welfare. This gesture brought immense joy and relief to many, highlighting his dedication to improving lives.

Hon. Jerry Iliromah, SSA to the Governor on Political Matters and a leader in Ward 9, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Comrade Okanoro on behalf of the communities, promising unwavering support in return.

Comrade Okanoro, in his remarks, thanked Sir Monday Onyeme, Deputy Governor of Delta State, Chief Godswill Obielum and Hon. Prince Emeka Osamuta for their support.

He also urged the community to continue supporting President Tinubu, Governor Oborevwori, and their representatives in government, and thanked the government for approving key projects, including the emergency construction of the Ibrede-Onogbokor road through NDDC, which will significantly benefit the area.
