Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, has congratulated Senator James Manager as he marks 65th birthday today.

The speaker stated that the milestone birth anniversary of Senator Manager (aka Egbaige) is worth celebrating, as it is a celebration of life, legacy and commitment to national development.
Guwor who is the National Treasurer, Conference of Speakers of State Houses of Assembly in Nigeria, wished Senator Manager more remarkable life, filled with cherished memories.
