In its efforts to make houses available and affordable in Nigeria, a Real Estate Network marketing company, PWAN Plus has unveiled a new estate, Elegance Plus in Ibusa, Oshimili North Local Government Area of Delta State.
The Managing Director of PWAN Plus Prof. Julius Oyedemi said during the unveiling of the new estate that integrity and fear of God distinguishes the organization from others.
He said, “Today gives me so much joy, as you all know we are a real estate network marketing company and we have been in Delta State for some time and our major assignment here is to liberate, and financially empower everyone as much as we can and also developed inhabitants communities, turn the bushes to cities and that is why we are here.
“You can see this is a growing community and we are putting this gigantic project here to attract visitors, investment opportunities and employment opportunities to these neighbourhoods.
“And places where you find kidnapers, security challenges, we go there to open them up to at least send away the criminals and create opportunities in that environment and that is why today we are introducing our fresh estate in the year 2025, called the Elegance Plus by Cedarwood.”
On how the company handle the incessant land disputes in the state, Oyedemi said, “By the special grace of God, in Asaba here, I am a United Nations peace ambassador, and one of the things I promote in every community I go to is peace. I have a good rapport with the youth and the people of the community.
“Every location we have gone to, we have been welcomed but where we have issues, we try to engage them, try to empower them to become more meaningful youths.
“Delta State is now the new metropolitan; it is not only Lagos and Abuja. Delta is the new hub; if you don’t have investment in Delta you are doing yourself a disservice.”
He thanked the governor of Delta State, Sheriff Oborevwori and his team for making Delta a habitable place and investment-friendly environment.
Oyedemi emphasized that what distinguished PWAN from others was its core values, saying, “I do the talk and I do the job with my team. I am not the kind of developer that takes air conditioning. I have been in this bush for the past one week, leadership, integrity, and fear of God are what distinguish is.”
Also speaking, the Director of Operations and Administration of PWAN Plus, Mr Rejoice Alabi explained that the company was a foremost and leading real estate brand in Nigeria with more presence in Lagos, Abia, Imo, Akwa-Ibom states and other parts of the country.
