Tantita Support Education with School Supplies in Olomu

There was excitement across the Olomu Kingdom on Monday as Manroy Global Services, in partnership with Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, donated school supplies to pupils and students in selected schools within the kingdom. Teachers also received writing materials, while the event featured moments of entertainment for attendees.

The educational outreach, which was warmly received by pupils, teachers, parents, and community leaders, was designed to support learning and reduce the financial burden on families as schools continue their academic sessions.

The donated items included more than a thousand school bags, thousands of exercise books, writing materials, and other essential learning resources.

Schools that benefited from the initiative include Odje Primary School, Akperhe Olomu; Akperhe Secondary School, Akperhe Olomu; Adaka Primary School, Okpavuerhe Olomu; and Olomu Secondary School, Otorere Olomu.

Expressing appreciation, the President General of Akperhe Olomu, Olorogun Christopher Otobrise, described the gesture as timely and impactful.

Representing Manroy Global Services at the event, Michael Taniohwo and Chief Idama Amurun explained that the initiative was part of the company’s corporate social responsibility efforts, emphasizing its strong belief in education as a foundation for community development. They noted that investing in children’s education is an investment in the future of the Olomu Kingdom and the country as a whole.

Also speaking, Daisy Jaja, Administrative Secretary of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting its host communities. She stated that beyond its security duties, Tantita remains dedicated to promoting social welfare, education, and youth development.

The Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty Albert Akpomudje SAN, FCIArb, Eyavwie-Alaka I, alongside other community stakeholders, commended both companies for their generosity and urged other corporate organizations to follow their example.

They noted that such initiatives would help motivate students and improve learning outcomes in the area. The event concluded with prayers and expressions of gratitude from school authorities, who assured that the donated materials would be used effectively for the benefit of the students.
