Ahead of the 2027 general elections, members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Idjerhe Kingdom, Ethiope West Local Government Area, have unanimously passed a vote of confidence in President Bola Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
In the same resolution, the party faithful also endorsed the Lawmaker representing Ethiope Federal Constituency, Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu, and the member representing Ethiope West Constituency in the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon. Blessing Achoja, for a second term, commending their performance and dedication to service.
Addressing members of the APC from wards three, four, five and six at an enlarged stakeholders meeting in Jesse, the member representing Ethiope West constituency, Hon Blessing Achoja stressed on the need for members of the party to remain united and continue to support the President Bola Tinubu administration as well as the renewed hope for MORE Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.
Hon. Achoja assured that with the alignment of the Delta State Government led by Governor Oborevwori to the party at the center, there is hope that Deltans will continue to enjoy more dividends of democracy.
He avowed that with the quality representation of Rt. Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu at the National Assembly and himself at the State Assembly, they will continue to reflect the interest of their constituents.’

In a motion by Hon. Jude Fregene and supported by Hon. Prince Adegor, members of the APC in Idjerhe kingdom unanimously passed a vote of confidence on President Bola Tinubu, Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Hon. Erhiatake Ibori-Suenu and Hon. Blessing Achoja and endorsing them as their sole candidate for 2027.
Reacting, Acting Secretary of the APC in Ethiope West Local Government Area, Mr Ighovogho Oghenemudia who represented the Chairman said the confidence vote was an indication that APC in Idjerhe kingdom have spoken with one voice and urged members of the party to remain united.
The meeting was attended by members of the APC from Mosogar and Oghara.
