Osuoza congratulates Oborevwori On Thisday/Arise Governor of the Year Award

Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza, has warmly congratulated Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for winning the Governor of the Year Award, bestowed on him by the management of the THISDAY Newspaper and ARISE Television.
