The All Progressives Congress, APC in Ethiope West Local Government Area has suspended Mr Michael Oseh as Secretary of the party at the local government level and passed a vote of no confidence on the State financial secretary Mr. BWilliam Deniran.
In a letter signed by the Ethiope West Local Government Area Chairman, Mr. Ugo Efe Amughoro and other party executives, Mr Michael Oghenegueke Oseh was suspended on grounds of several complaints from members of the party over inability to access information and palliatives from the secretary.
The party also alleged that Mr Oseh refused to appear before the LGA disciplinary committee and several other infractions, therefore recommended that he be suspended as LGA Secretary which was ratified by Local Government executives.
In another development, the APC in Ethiope West local government area has passed a vote of no confidence on Mr William Deniran, the State financial secretary.

In a letter addressed to the State Chairman of the APC, Chief Omene Sobotie and signed by the Local Government Area working committee led by the Chairman, Ugo Efe Amughoro, the vote of no confidence was passed due to the role of Mr William Deniran in instigating crisis in the Local Government Area.
The letter also noted that his outburst on a television program where he claimed to have banned all activities of pressure groups in Idjerhe kingdom, issued a threat on anyone who attends or hold any pleasure group activities, were part of the no confidence vote passed on him.
The LGA working committee called for his immediate removal as the State financial secretary, alleging that he uses his office to instigate crisis in the local government.
