To further educational and human capital development in Delta State, the Senator representing Delta North Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Ned Nwoko has announced the FREE JAMB UTME Registration Exercise for the 2026 academic year for 1500 prospective candidates across Delta North.
The initiative is open to students in the 9 LGAs comprising Delta North Senatorial District namely: Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Ika North East, Ika South, Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West, Oshimili North, Oshimili South and Ukwuani
According to Nwoko, the initiative is geared at supporting young people across the 9 LGAs ensuring that qualified students are not denied access to higher education due to financial limitations.
Eligible applicants seeking to apply must be 16 years or older by 30th September 2026. They must also generate their JAMB Profile Code using their National Identification Number (NIN).

Other required details from applicants include their full name, JAMB Profile Code, and council ward for proper documentation and verification.
