The Chairman and Convener of the Integrity Group of Nigeria, Dr. Oke Idawene, has expressed confidence that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, will record decisive victories in the 2027 general elections.
Dr. Idawene made this assertion in Asaba during a strategic meeting organised to assess progress, share updates and strengthen support for the “Tinubu and Sheriff 4+4” agenda.
He described the meeting as a crucial platform for stakeholders to fine-tune strategies ahead of the 2027 polls, noting that effective planning and mobilisation were essential.
According to him, the Integrity Group remains firmly committed to the Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda, citing the leadership style and developmental achievements of both President Tinubu and Governor Oborevwori as the basis for the group’s endorsement.
He added that the organisation is actively engaging and mobilising residents across Delta State to ensure overwhelming support during the elections.
Presenting a paper titled “2027: No Vacancy in Asaba Government House and Aso Rock,” the Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Delta State University, Professor U.N.O. Edewor, said the performances of both administrations had justified calls for their return.
He described their governance approach as strategic, grassroots-oriented and focused on national renewal and sustainable economic development.
Professor Edewor stated that the APC-led administrations at both the federal and state levels are gradually repositioning the country, adding that the Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda is well-defined and supported by tangible achievements in infrastructure and human capital development, particularly in youth and women empowerment.
Also speaking at the event, Mr. Felix Ofoe said the Integrity Group has established itself as a key support platform for the Oborevwori administration.
He expressed optimism that both leaders would triumph in 2027 and urged members to intensify APC e-registration efforts to strengthen electoral outcomes and enhance Delta State’s political relevance.
Former Head of Service and Secretary of the College of Patrons of the group, Dr. Reginald Bayoko, emphasised the value of integrity in governance and political engagement.
He commended Dr. Idawene for his dedication and consistent advocacy for the Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda, while encouraging members to prioritise voter registration.

In her goodwill message, Dame Princess Minnie Igbrude praised the growth and impact of the Integrity Group, describing it as a vital component of the MORE Agenda.
She said Governor Oborevwori’s performance has significantly reduced opposition ahead of the 2027 election and urged members to bring more supporters into the fold.
Speaking in her capacity as Coordinator of Tinubu Touchbearers in Delta State, Dame Igbrude noted that President Tinubu is laying a strong foundation for Nigeria’s future and called on citizens to remain patient as the nation progresses.
Goodwill messages from Barrister Fred Majemite and Honourable Ferguson Onwo also reaffirmed their support for the Renewed Hope and MORE Agenda, while commending the Integrity Group for its consistency and visibility.
Meanwhile, the Director-General of Okowa Mandate, Prince Tony Okobi, announced the merger of the Okowa Mandate structure into the Integrity Group, attributing the decision to Governor Oborevwori’s development-driven leadership.
In his remarks, the Secretary of the Elders Council of the Integrity Group, Prince Oputa, described the organisation as one of the most influential pressure groups in the country, applauding Dr. Idawene’s passion and unwavering commitment to its vision.
