Delta Police arrest 19-year-old boy over sexual abuse of late brother’s son, daughter

The Police in Ekpan Division, Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State have arrested a 19-year-old boy, Miracle Ezebuihe for allegedly abusing the children (names withheld) of his late brother in Shaguolor community, Uvwie Local Government Area.

The children he sexually abused, a boy and a girl, are within the ages of seven and four years.

It was gathered that he has been having anal sex with the 7-year-old boy and also been having carnal knowledge of the 4-year-old girl until he was caught by neighbours.

The children were interrogated and the boy revealed that his uncle had been having sex with him. He stressed that the suspect had sex with him countless number of times, aside from having sex with his sister.

Neighbours alerted a human rights activist, Comrade Israel Joe who equally informed the police.

The Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, SP Bright Edafe is yet to reply to a text message sent to him. As of the time of this report, the suspect is cooling off his heels at the police cell in Ekpan Division.

The human rights activist, Joe, condemned the act by the suspect saying, “He is an evil and wicked person. I think he is a ritualist and a witch by that act.

“Your own brother’s children who call you uncle, you will be having sex with them.”
