PFN Inaugurates Chapter Executives in Udu LGA

The Udu local government chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN has now joined the list of chapters to have their ward officers inaugurated.

The ward officers inaugurated by the state PFN chairman , Bishop Willie Abbos who was represented by the chairman wards creation and monitoring committee archbishop Sunday Dieruenaba were charged to use their new mandate to glorify God and the Christian body.

Becoming the eighth local government to have officers fielded into the federal wards numbering over one hundred and fifty marks a new dawn for the local government chapter of the PFN as it signals grass root leadership expansion and mobilization of the Christian body for unity.

While inaugurating the ward officers across the 10 federal wards, the chairman of the ward creation and monitoring committee, archbishop Sunday Dieruenaba who represented the state PFN chairman Bishop Willie Abbos said that the ward creation was a constitutional necessity that saw its implementation under sterling leadership of the state chairman bishop willie Abbos who had continued to serve the Christian body with dedication.

Speaking on the sermon titled serving but not breaking ranks archbishop Sunday Dieruenaba admonished the newly inaugurated ward officers to be stewards of honor by seeing their new mandate as an opportunity to serve humanity and God through unbridled loyalty.

Other leadership of PFN including the state director of protocol, Bishop Douglas Omotowho, the secretary of the ward creation and monitoring committee bishop Jonathan Davids- dike as well as the host Bishop Oke Akpotozor commended PFN Delta state for the foresight of ward creation by bishop willie Abbos expressing optimism that the initiative would further provide leadership that would facilitate and solidify a cordial relationship between the church and government.

Chairman Udu local government area Hon. Vincent Oyibode who present during the inauguration exercise commended PFN for the initiative assuring the Christian body of the local government support as the local government is a God driven and would stay committed to the development of the area.

Archbishop Sunday Dieruenaba flanked by PFN leaders in Udu later prayed for the state governor Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, his deputy , Udu council chairman, Hon. Vincent Oyibode for God’s continuous guidance and protection for their families as well as for them to continue to deliver the dividends of democracy.
